Andre's descriptions of new coffees

I asked Andre to write some reactions he had to the new coffees we are featuring. He did three:
-Ethiopian - light, pleasant, each crescendos to its full flavor like the small breaking waves upon the seashore\
-Guatemalan - Full bodied, bold, yet finishes with a lifting quality. Much in the same way a diver is emerged in deep water only to rise to the surface.
-Nicaraguan - medium bodied, rich, the experience of each taste lingering.
